I own the TherapyTrainer HandCycle and am very impressed with this piece of equipment. Having Spina Bifida, I am paralyzed from the waist down. I've had a lot of trouble over the years trying to find a piece of equipment that would adequately help me do a cardio workout that did not cost a small fortune. Not only is the TherapyTrainer HandCycle very reasonably priced, it's very effective and at a fraction of the cost of other machines that are used for the same purpose as the TherapyTrainer HandCycle. When I called TherapyTrainer I spoke with Lisa Daily and she could not have been more helpful and understanding. She talked me through numerous exercises I could do. I could tell she genuinely wants to make a difference in the lives of others, especially people like myself who suffers from a disability. She recommended the baseball style handles which would allow me to grip the handles in various ways as to allow me to work my muscles in different ways. I am very glad I took her advice and ordered the baseball handles. They are very comfortable and allow me to vary my exercise routine whenever I choose. Also, the resistance levels that the TherapyTrainer HandCycle offers allows people of varying levels of physical fitness to have a very effective workout. I highly recommend the TherapyTrainer HandCycle.
